We use ShipHero, a powerful Warehouse Management System (WMS) that handles everything from inventory tracking to order fulfillment and carrier integration.

When you’re given a ShipHero client account, you’ll be able to:

• View your inventory in real time across all SKUs and locations

• Track orders from the moment they’re received through packing and shipment

• Access shipping details including carrier, tracking number, and delivery status

• Review lot numbers or batches (if applicable) for traceability

• Download reports on fulfillment activity, inventory movement, and shipping performance
