How do you determine how my product is stored?
Last updated: November 3, 2025
Each SKU is assigned to a unique storage location within our warehouse to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the fulfillment process.
We determine storage based on the size, quantity, and picking frequency of your products, always using the smallest suitable location type to optimize space and cost.
Our storage locations include:
Pallets – for large or bulk inventory
Large bins – for oversized individual items
Medium bins – for standard-size products
Small bins – for compact items or accessories
If you have large quantities of a product, we’ll place a portion of that inventory into bins to make it immediately pickable for orders. The excess stock will be stored on pallets until it’s needed for replenishment.
This approach ensures your products are always ready to ship quickly while keeping your costs low — since pallet storage for excess inventory is the most economical storage method available.
💡 Pro tip: You can find the storage rates for each location type in your fulfillment proposal, under the “Service Fee” section.
